A leading specialty food company based in Napa Valley seeks an enthusiastic and self-driven Territory Sales Manager for the Western United States. This 100% remote position requires candidates to reside in California, Arizona, or Nevada.As an industry leader in specialty food manufacturing, the company is experiencing significant growth. They source and produce premium fruit-based products for a diverse clientele, including chefs, restaurants, and mixologists nationwide. This is an exciting opportunity for those looking to make an impact in the specialty food industry!Compensation: $80,000 base salary, Strong bonus potential (20%), Profit-sharing, comprehensive Health, dental and vision coverage (100% employer-paid), excellent 401K, generous PTO and much more!Position Requirements:

• BA/BS degree with 3-5 years of Food Sales experience, including 50% travel ability REQUIRED.
• Experience with CRM software (Salesforce.com or similar).
• Strong sales and account management capabilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong presentation and customer service skills.
• Effective judgment, negotiation, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Salesforce.
