A company is looking for a Senior Sales Enablement Strategist to
drive training and onboarding initiatives for their Sales team.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with the Sales team to design and deliver effective
onboarding and training programs
Identify knowledge gaps and create impactful training programs to
enhance performance and product expertise
Manage the onboarding experience and oversee major initiatives like
annual revenue kickoffs and sales training calendars
Required Qualifications
7+ years of experience in sales enablement or a related field
Experience in the enterprise SaaS or technology industry
Familiarity with sales enablement tools and methodologies
Exceptional project management skills
Data-driven mindset for informing business decisions and tracking
progress
