Job Description:

Currently recruiting Experienced Customer Service Representatives with a great personality to make Outbound Insurance calls for a large 3rd Party Call Center located in the Natomas area!

These Customer Service Representatives will be making follow-up calls to consumers. Must have a confident and professional demeanor with the ability to build rapport over the phone!!!

PERSONALITY & ENTHUSIASM is key!! A DRIVE for SUCCESS is a MUST!

These positions need to be filled by ASAP!!!

Details of these positions include:

*Base pay will be $11.00/hour Monday-Friday and $12/h Saturdays

*Must be able to work anywhere from 6am to 7pm Monday-Friday and at least 1-2 Saturdays a month!

Must be open to 30-40 Hours/wk

To be considered for these opportunities, the following criteria MUST be met:

1. All applicants MUST pass a Background Check

2. Candidates must be looking for a long term contract position

3. Candidates must be comfortable working off of leads (warm/aged) to perform outbound calls for various products.

4. Candidates must have strong basic computer skills

5. Candidates must have a high attention to detail and be able to multi-task

6. All candidates MUST be able to work at least 1-2 Saturdays/month

7. Candidates must have a flexible schedule and be open to a 30-40 hours/wk
