Local company seeks an experienced Collections Representative. Candidates that are fully Bilingual Spanish (Speak & Translate) would be considered a plus. Work for a long-standing company that offers competitive salary and benefits. Successful candidates will have the following experience: ? Responsibility for researching and resolving delinquent accounts. ? Creating invoices and statements, receiving and posting payments and updating records. ? Contact 60-80 customers per day to resolve past due balances or negotiate payment arrangements. ? Only experienced candidates apply with a minimum of 2-5 years professional experience in collections: medical, banking, automotive or similar. ? Excellent communications and customer service skills ? Skip-Tracing experience is a plus ? Bilingual Spanish is beneficial ? Knowledge of FDCPA practices is preferred. Celebrating 50 years in Staffing!
