Job Description:

Seeking an energetic Marketing Associate that can grow into a Marketing Coordinator.

Marketing Role

Assist in coordinating and producing proposals including: writing, editing text, and effective design layout.

Responsible for the overall quality of work and work to improve the quality.

Team player that is willing to perform any task in order to help the department.

Marketing Responsibilities

Prepare and Coordinate Proposal Submittals.

Organize and maintain the marketing database.

Develop customized marketing materials from an established template.

Coordinate and maintain marketing materials.

Desired Skills

1-3 year?s experience working in Marketing, Communication, Graphic Design or the AEC industry.

Understanding of the Adobe Create Suite (PDF, InDesign) and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Ability to translate ideas into easy to understand language or graphics.

Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.

Excellent grammar, written and communication skills to develop technical proposals.
