Job Description:
A company is looking for a bilingual Service Desk Analyst fluent
in Spanish and English.
Key Responsibilities
Receive and manage requests from associates and vendors
Provide technical support and customer service to resolve
requests
Work Monday to Friday from 4am to 12pm
Required Qualifications
Bilingual in Spanish and English
Experience in a service desk or technical support role
Ability to work remotely
Availability to work the specified shift hours
Familiarity with common technical issues and resolutions
