Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Legal Counsel - Product to
assist with implementing and maintaining the organization's product
legal program.
Key Responsibilities
Partner with product management and development teams to identify
and remediate risks
Draft and negotiate various agreements, including
software/technology agreements
Monitor applicable laws and regulations and conduct periodic
training
Required Qualifications and Education
Juris Doctor or equivalent with active membership in at least one
U.S. state bar
At least 5 years of relevant experience, preferably in-house
Experience with reviewing various types of license agreements
Familiarity with product-related regulatory compliance
requirements
Ability to work cross-functionally with both legal and non-legal
stakeholders
