Microsoft PowerBI Developer - Highering Talent works with customers across the nation to drive revenues through a better understanding of all aspects of their business using our dashboards.Highering Talent is looking for a team member who will work closely with the client to design reports and visualizations based on multiple data sources stored in a data warehouse. These reports will then be served up to a web application for dashboard representation.As a Microsoft PowerBI Developer, you will work together with other technical resources to achieve project goals, resulting in more-than-satisfied customersProject Scope/Tasks

• Experience in Data Analysis, understanding trends and patterns in data and create insights
• Excellent T-SQL skills, write complex queries, create views and Store procedures
• Ability to create an appealing visualization for derived datasets
• Strong Presentation and Techniques.
• Strong knowledge of data structures and analysis
• Experience in analyzing data across multiple dimensions, understanding cause, and effect relationships, and making recommendations to achieve desired outcomesMinimum Qualifications
  • Functions at the expert level designing, developing and implementing our products.
  • Direct experience developing and testing reports and visualizations.
  • Along with with the PowerBI, direct experience with Tableau a plus.
  • Excellent analytical, interpersonal, writing, research, and personal computer skills
  • Complete understanding of the System Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies.
  • Must be very self-directed with the ability to work independently.
  • Strong sense of teamwork - an ability to collaborate with cross-functional teamsEducation and Work Experience
    • Minimum 2 years plus experience in building reports and visualizations.
    • Minimum 2 years plus experience in building complex Power BI dashboards
