their systems.About the RoleAs a Systems Administrator at
Anatomage, you will work to improve and support the company's IT
infrastructure. You will provide technical support to all levels of
faculty. You will be an integral part of the IT team, ensuring the
smooth operation of IT systems. The position is full-time, on-site,
and based at our HQ in Santa Clara, CA.The ideal candidate should
have 2 to 4 years of relevant experience in IT systems management
and user support, particularly in an SMB context. The role demands
a professional who possesses strong communication and
problem-solving skills, essential for effectively interacting with

- Work on projects to improve the IT infrastructure
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company
policies
- Monitor systems performance to ensure availability to all
system users
- Monitor and maintain security systems including surveillance,
access control, and other monitoring and reporting systems
- Monitor and maintain data backup system
- Perform routine maintenance and upgrades on all computer
systems
- Maintain network security through appropriate access controls,
backups, and firewall policies
- Manage security measures to detect and prevent system
interruptions and breaches
- Manage IT inventory
- Stay up-to-date with emerging trends in computer and network
technologies
- Document all technical procedures and user guides
- Provide technical support and assistance to users
- Other job-related duties as assignedSkills and Abilities
Required
- Proven experience as a Systems Administrator or similar
role
- Understanding of network protocols, topologies, and
infrastructure
- Familiarity with network security practices and procedures
- Experience with enterprise switches and firewalls
- Experience with administering Windows domain network
- Basic experience with cloud computing such as AWS or Azure
- Basic experience with Linux and Mac OS
- Basic experience with web servers such as IIS, Apache
- Experience with VoIP systems
- Experience with Hyper-V and VMware
- Experience with Endpoint protection solutions
- Experience with OS deployment
- Experience with server hardware and OS
- Experience with backup systems/software
- Experience with storage systems and technologies
- Experience with email environments such as Office 365 and
Google Workspace
- Experience working in a data centerQualities We Look For

Required
- Minimum Associates degree in systems/network administration or
related fields
- Minimum of 2 - 4 years of relevant experience in
systems/network administration or related fieldsCertifications
- Microsoft Certified System Engineer or Solutions Expert (MCSE)
preferred
- Cloud infrastructure certifications preferred (AWS, GOOGLE,
AZURE)
- Cisco Certified Network Associates (CCNA) or Professional
(CCNP)Preferred Physical RequirementsAbility to push, pull, lift,
