At Year Up United Careers, we offer a one-year intensive job training program that combines technical and professional training with access to internships and job placement support. Our program provides young adults with in-classroom skill development, personalized coaching and mentorship, and an educational stipend.The program is designed to equip participants with professional business and communication skills, interviewing and networking skills, resume building, and ongoing support to help them launch their careers. Some coursework is eligible for college credit.During the internship phase, students earn an educational stipend of $525 per week. In-depth classes include Application Development & Support, Banking & Customer Success, Helpdesk/Desktop Support, Project Management Support, and Data Analytics.Our graduates have a high success rate, with 80% employed and/or enrolled in postsecondary education within 4 months of graduation. Employed graduates earn an average starting salary of $53,000 per year.
