Job Description:
A company is looking for a Technical Support Representative I to
provide assistance in a fast-paced technical support center.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide phone support for inquiries related to eCommerce software
and hosting platforms
Document and resolve advanced trouble tickets while educating
clients on software features
Diagnose and resolve issues affecting website performance and
ensure adherence to PCI/PA-DSS guidelines
Required Qualifications:
1+ years of technical support experience
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Understanding of Linux, MySQL, PHP, and HTML/CSS
Experience in website hosting, preferably in a client-facing role
(bonus)
Proficiency in configuring and troubleshooting web hosting
platforms (bonus)
