Job Description:
A company is looking for a Remote Technical Alarm Specialist to
provide technical support for alarm equipment.
Key Responsibilities
Provide technical assistance to customers via scheduled calls
Troubleshoot and install various ADT products and services
Educate customers on system functionality and recommend additional
security solutions
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required; some college
preferred
At least 1 year of technical service experience required
One year of home security systems technician experience
preferred
Must have a private, quiet work area with adequate internet
bandwidth
