Middle Software Engineer (Hybrid, TypeScript + JS / Java, San Francisco Bay Area)PROJECT DESCRIPTION:We are a frictionless deal execution platform for venture investors. Our platform handles back-office operations for venture investors, automating banking, compliance, contracts, and reporting so that customers can focus on making deals and building relationships.The opportunity in venture capital is greater than ever. We're here to help!We make private investing dead simple so you can focus on what matters most: building relationships and sourcing investment opportunities.PROJECT STACK and TEAM:- 50 people in a company; Hybrid Model (Employee should be available to attend the office 2-3 times a week).Office in the Financial District San Francisco, Montgomery station.Most of the team is in California, but we also have 2 people in Mexico, Brazil, Argentina.Engineering department:1 Principal Engineer1 DevOps Engineer10 Software EngineersMAIN REQUIREMENTS:

• At least 2 years of experience as a software engineer, with a strong focus on programming languages such as Java, Python, C++, and ideally JavaScript & TypeScript.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with colleagues.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to debug complex issues and develop creative solutions.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field is a plus but not required.GOOD TO HAVE:
• Proven track record of delivering high-quality software products on time and within budget.
• Experience writing unit and E2E tests.
• Experience with developing a component library.
• Experience with Agile development methodologies and version control systems such as Git.
• Knowledge of cloud-based technologies such as GCP.
• Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools such as Jenkins or Docker.
• Prior experience working in FinTech.
• Experience migrating Ruby on Rails application to React.JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Design and build multi-part solutions to story tasks, taking into account risk mitigation and advanced testing processes, including building tests using React Testing Library and Playwright.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management, quality assurance, and technical support to deliver high-quality software products.
• Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies, applying this knowledge to improve our software development processes and products.SUMMARY:
