Role: Subject Matter Expert

Role Description: The Subject Matter Expert would need to have at least 5 years of experience.

Responsibilities:

- Provide paralegal support to the Corporate and Commercial Law practice group, the Department?s external and internal clients, and outside counsel.

Required Skills:

- Experience in reviewing legal Real Estate documents.

- Should be experienced in reviewing Letters of Intent, purchase and sales agreements, lease agreements, tenant work letters, title reports, estoppel certificates and SNDAs.

- The ideal candidate will have experience in the commercial Real Estate profession, and should be able to accurately analyze documents and communicate effectively.

Education: Bachelor's degree

Experience: Minimum 5 years
