Aureus Medical Group - Nursing is actively seeking an experienced travel nurse to fill a challenging PACU - Post Anesthesia Care position in Fresno, California.Job Summary:This is a 12-week travel nursing opportunity that requires the successful candidate to work 36 hours per week, with 12-hour shifts, primarily at night.Key Responsibilities:

• Specialize in PACU - Post Anesthesia Care, providing exceptional patient care and support to patients recovering from anesthesia.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality patient care and achieve positive outcomes.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless transitions and optimal care.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest medical practices, technologies, and evidence-based guidelines to provide the best possible care.
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure accurate and timely information exchange.Compensation and Benefits:We offer a competitive salary package, with an estimated weekly pay range of $2785.00-$3025.00, based on 12-hour shifts and 36 hours per week. In addition, you will receive a tax-free stipend, which will be determined based on your individual circumstances.Requirements:
  • Active RN license in California.
  • Current CPR/BLS and ACLS certifications.
  • Proven experience in PACU - Post Anesthesia Care, with a strong track record of delivering exceptional patient care.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
