Job Description:
As the manager of an Airport Home Appliance showroom, you are
the key to our success. You are a passionate leader with a
dedication to excellent customer service and follow through. You
will be coaching, training and leading your team daily from the
salesfloor.You will be responsible for sparking and maintaining a
strong and competitive atmosphere within the store showroom. Your
team will operate in a commission-based system, and previous
experience in this type of environment will make you the perfect
candidate for this position.We are looking for someone who can
seamlessly transition from motivating the team to impressing
customers with outstanding service.KEY DUTIES &
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Ensures customer and employee safety by maintaining a clean
store, free from potential hazards or dangerous behavior.
- Maintains showroom excellence by adhering to company policies
and procedures, while proposing improvements to store
standards.
- Completes store operational objectives by recruiting, hiring,
and scheduling showroom sales staff.
- Inspires sales excellence in-store team by providing
exceptional customer service, addressing customer concerns, and
ensuring world-class customer experiences.
- Coaches and trains store sales team by providing critical
feedback.
- Evaluates team performance by measuring individual performance
against company goals.
- Provides essential information to store team through weekly
meetings.
- Ensures workplace harmony by mediating employee conflicts,
documenting infractions, and mentoring store teams in interpersonal
communication.
- Maintains store signage and branding to align with strategic
company goals by coordinating with the Merchandising Manager and
the Marketing department.
- Provides relevant and timely feedback to senior management to
improve all aspects of company performance, policy, and
culture.
- Oversees the resolution of customer complaints or issues by
cheerful and diligently pursuing appropriate resolutions through
cross-departmental collaboration.
- Ensures proper and timely deployment of updated store floor
matrix plan.
- Coordinates with product vendors on customer issues, store
events, and any other activities as necessary.WE OFFER

- A proven track record of success in commission-based sales,
ideally within the appliance industry or a related field.
- Ability to inspire a sense of competition and drive among team
members.
- Experience in setting and monitoring sales targets, both
individual and team-oriented.
- High School Diploma or equivalent, BA/BS or higher
preferred.
- Relevant experience as a manager in a retail environment.Job
Type:Full-timePay: Up to $157,000.00 per yearShift:
- 8 hour shift.
