Job Description:
A company is looking for a Director of Healthcare Services (CM)
to oversee integrated care delivery for high-need members.
Key Responsibilities
Direct and oversee key Healthcare Services functions such as case
management and utilization management
Develop and implement standardized protocols for clinical and
non-clinical team activities
Collaborate with leadership and participate in committees to
promote standardized care management programs
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in a healthcare-related field or equivalent
experience
7+ years of managed healthcare experience with line management
responsibility
Experience with state, federal, and third-party regulations
Active, unrestricted license in good standing if applicable
Master's Degree in a related field is preferred
