• Ability to influence up, down and across different levels of employees and stakeholders - lots of visibility to Sr. and Executive Leaders.
• Serve as an advisor to Sr. Leadership.
• Opportunity to see broadly across the organization and integrate with other Partner Functions like Finance, HR, etc.Your Day to Day:In your day to day you will:
  • Drive strategic and financial planning for the Data Team to support roadmap and strategic objectives.
  • Drive continual improvement around operational excellence: track key performance indicators, identify opportunities for improvement, and lead execution of plans to address these.
  • Establish and drive operating rhythms to ensure effective communication, partnership and delivery. Drive business insights through data and analytics; build an Operational Excellence dashboard that captures effective and relevant metrics.
  • Track and manage financial budgets and drive resource planning.
  • Drive strategic planning to ensure appropriate processes and controls around risk and compliance for Infrastructure and Reliability as the business grows and the product portfolio evolves.What You Need to Bring:
    • Strategy & Communications Management - Strong Story-Telling skills - written and oral.
    • Strong Relationship building skills - internal and external stakeholders and partners.
    • Ability to get into the weeds and synthesize information and data in a concise way.
    • Strong ability to multi-task.Nice to Haves:
      • Technical acumen especially in the Reliability and Infrastructure areas.
