Job Description:
A company is looking for a Custom Solutions QA Manager to lead a
team of QA professionals and ensure the quality and performance of
custom solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and mentor a team of software quality assurance analysts
Develop and implement QA strategies and processes aligned with
business goals
Oversee the design and execution of test plans, cases, and scripts
for various software solutions
Required Qualifications and Education
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related
field
Minimum of 3 years of experience managing a software quality
assurance team
Experience with AI, LLMs, Natural Language Processing, IVR, SMS, or
related technologies is a plus
Experience writing SQL queries and working with NoSQL databases
Proficient with API automation tools and load testing tools
