Job Description:

Marketing Associate who can grow into a coordinator position.

Looking for an energetic professional, who is familiar with the AEC(Architecture, Engineering, Construction) industry. The marketing associate will grow into a position where they?ll be responsible for creating, maintaining, and coordinating proposals, presentations and marketing material. This position requires regular interaction with all levels of staff in project pursuits and information maintenance and therefore the candidate must be comfortable interacting with a diverse group of individuals on a daily basis.

MARKETING RESPONSIBILITIES

? Develop customized marketing materials from existing templates as needed, maintaining company brand and design guidelines throughout all marketing collateral.

? Prepare and coordinate proposal submittals.

?Maintenance and organization of marketing databases including project descriptions, resumes, and photos.

?Coordinate and maintain marketing materials inventories: brochures, photos, project description sheets, covers, binders, proposal paper, etc.

? CRM database maintenance. (Working knowledge of Deltek is a plus)

?Other admin duties as assigned.

? Emphasis on accurate production including typing, reproduction, binding and shipping

Desired Skills

?Excellent grammar, written and communication skills to develop technical proposals.

?Ability to translate ideas into easy to understand language or graphics.

? Ability to develop a plan in an often ambiguous and fast-paced environment.

? Must be comfortable meeting firm deadlines, and manage a challenging workload when faced with unexpected changes in priorities.

? Comfortable obtaining information from a diverse group of individuals. Ability to be persistent, yet tactful.

?Ability to work autonomously or as part of a team
