Job Description:
A prime employer in Chowchilla is looking for a Warehouse
Manager. In this role, the supervisor will coordinate tasks and job
duties of 15 or more employees in operating variety of machines to
manufacture parts or products by performing the following
duties.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Determines manpower based on production schedule.
Computes amount of production supplies required for operations.
Interprets job orders to employees
Directs employees in maintaining machines and equipment.
Establishes or adjusts work procedures to meet production
schedules.
Develops, recommends, and implements measures to improve production
methods, equipment performance, and quality of product.
Suggests changes in working conditions to increase efficiency of
department.
Maintains time and production records.
Verify information daily on labor cards for employees
Education and/or Experience
High school diploma or general education degree
Two years related experience
