You will be responsible for shaping the overall growth strategy in Data and AI technology for watsonx.data. You will focus on the end-to-end customer journey to identify product growth opportunities, working closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to gather customer feedback, understand customer pain points, and identify market opportunities. You will own the PLG strategy and define metrics to ensure the right strategy is in place and associated reporting is in place to track progress.Required Technical and Professional Expertise

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
• 5+ years of Product Management experience, preferably in the Data and AI space.
• 10+ years of IT experience.
• Experience using or developing products for data science and GenAI.
• Experience working with data prep and transformation tools.
• Track record of championing the voice of the customer, conducting customer-driven usability, and hypothesis-driven experimentation.
• Strong analytical skills and proven ability to make data-driven decisions.
• Strong customer-facing and communication skills/experience - Experienced with delivering presentations to senior stakeholders and influencing decision-making while navigating difficult situations.Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise
