A company is looking for a Senior Engineer - Data and
Analytics.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the design and implementation of data visualization and
content development using Elastic Stack
Architect and configure Kibana visualizations based on user
requirements
Oversee the development process to ensure seamless integration with
Genesys platforms
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience in product development, product management,
or consulting within the contact center industry
Expertise with AWS, Azure, or GCP cloud platforms
Advanced experience with Genesys platforms, including Genesys Cloud
or Engage
Hands-on proficiency in Elasticsearch and Kibana
Experience in transforming and integrating large datasets for
accessibility and utility
