Job Description:
A company is looking for a Sr. Staff Firmware Engineer to design
and optimize firmware solutions for high-performance flash storage
products.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the development and optimization of embedded firmware for
flash storage devices
Collaborate with hardware and software teams to integrate and
validate firmware solutions
Debug, test, and troubleshoot firmware issues to ensure seamless
hardware-software interaction
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in computer science, electrical engineering, or a
related field; master's preferred
12+ years of experience in firmware development for storage systems
and non-volatile memory
Extensive experience with NAND flash and embedded systems
Proven ability to design and deploy high-performance firmware in
enterprise or HPC storage products
Experience working in agile teams and using task management tools
like Jira
