Job Description:
A company is looking for a Data Entry Coordinator - CPhT-3.
Key Responsibilities
Act as a patient's advocate to ensure compliance with prescribed
drug therapy and pharmacy care plans
Make outbound calls to physician offices for prescription refills
and updates on clarification requests
Document communication and progress in Pathpoint Rx, ensuring
accurate and complete information
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
Active Pharmacy Technician registration with the State Board of
Pharmacy
Broad training in fields such as business administration,
accountancy, or healthcare
Three years of experience in a healthcare-related call center,
pharmacy, or social service environment
Completion of a four-year bachelor's degree program or equivalent
experience and education
