We are seeking a highly skilled Business Tax Specialist with extensive knowledge and experience in federal and state tax laws. As a virtual customer-facing role, you will use cutting-edge video communication software to provide tax advice, preparation, and exceptional customer experiences. This is a remote position, offering the opportunity to work from the comfort of your home. • Over 3 years of recent experience in preparing federal and state business tax returns
• Minimum of 2 seasons of personal tax preparation experience
• Ability to commit to a minimum of 20 hours per week throughout the tax season
• Proficiency in using technology and commercial tax preparation software
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to interact with customers through video and audio tools
• Must possess an active Preparer Tax Identification Number (PTIN) and working knowledge of Circular 230
• Must reside in the United States and have a dedicated hardwired internet connection
